Back in April, Kid Rock showed just how mad he was at Bud Light by buying an entire case of the beer (thereby giving the company his money) and shooting up it. Of course the message here was that Rock, like many conservatives, was angry because the company sent trans activist and social media influencer Dylan Mulvaney a handful of custom Bud Light cans to celebrate “day 365 of womanhood.”

At the time, we pointed out Kid Rock‘s restaurant – Kid Rock’s Big Ass Honky Tonk Rock N’ Roll Steakhouse – still serve Bud, Bud Light, Bud Light Lime, and Busch Light. It was on the menu then and it’s still on the menu now, as you’ll see in both the link above and CNN video below. Which is pretty embarrassing for Rock, but is anyone really surprised? Dude is clearly shameless in everything he does, and the performative “macho man with a gun” video was no different.

This of course is all in line with Kid Rock‘s whole faux-Southern badass personality that he’s clearly using to sell records at this point. I mean come on, the guy wants you to believe that he’s some down home country pulled-myself-up-by-the-bootstraps, callous-hands hard worker when his childhood home sold for $1.3 million. But it’s worth remembering that ain’t nobody gonna tell Kid Rock how to live.
